The Coping Skills App is a bright and fun app that I created designed to help take your mind off your worries and help you feel better. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I wanted to create this App to help people cope with the day to day stresses and challenges of life. Coping skills are important for us all and we have to utilize them each and every day.

Many of us experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after the traumatic event. Together we can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of the relationship. Therapy sessions are held with the couple in a non judgmental, empathic and supportive environment where we talk about your concerns, establish mutually agreed upon goals and find the strategies to emerge with a deeper level of connection and understanding.
For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits which allows you to pay me directly for services and then be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider. I am happy to provide you with receipts that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
